1st Haircut

We decided it was about time for Tucker's first haircut. So today after church we ventured out to get the little man a snip. The following pictures show the progression.

The Before Pic - looking a little shaggy

I'm not too sure about this, but I'm willing to give it a try

I'd like a #5 on the sides please, and short and spiky on top

Dad, are you sure she knows what she's doing?

I...don't...like...this...anymore!

I guess it's not so bad if I can sit in my Daddy's lap

Whoa, who's that stud in the mirror?

Jamaica Mon

We went to Jamaica last week for Grant and Nicole's wedding. We were so happy to watch these 2 get married, especially since they met at our wedding! The weather was perfect and a nice escape from the cold January weather here. Posing for pics before the ceremony. Tucker was pulling on my dress strap and broke it.

This is Tucker with Cousin Max practicing their ring bearer duties. During practice, they both behaved well and seemed to have fun being pulled in the wagon.

During the ceremony however, Tucker wanted no part of the wagon and preferred to be walked down the aisle being carried by Dad.

Christmas with the Millers

Tucker playing under one of the ten Christmas trees at my parent's house. That's right, there's 10 of them.

We got to Enid on Christmas Day after a 4+ hour drive from Maud (normally takes about 2.5 hours). Tucker didn't seem to mind that he didn't get his presents or stocking on Christmas morning; he was just excited to see everyone after being stuck in the car (he's not very fond of the car seat these days). Tucker got lots of books and toys and loved playing with all the boxes and wrapping paper.

Christmas with the O'Daniels

We spent a few days in Maud, OK with the O'Daniel side of the family. On Christmas Eve day, we opened presents, ate good food and played Dirty Santa. Jason came out of it with a pair of Lego Walkie Talkies which he was truly very excited about. There was probably about 30 people there, but somehow I didn't manage to get many pictures of anyone besides my baby boy. We had planned on leaving Christmas Eve night to travel to Enid, but the blizzard, ice and closing of the interstates kept us there a little longer.

Merry Christmas to all!

Ribbons and boxes, what more could a boy ask for?
