Bunches of Birthdays

We told Tucker about all the birthdays taking place this month, and he could not believe it.

Then we reminded him later during his bath, and he was still completely shocked by the number of birthdays...

Annabelle on the 18th
Jeff on the 21st
Angel on the 22nd
Heath on the 23rd
Meggie, Erica, JJ, and Tyler on the 25th
Grandad on the 27th
Ruth on the 29th
Tessa on the 30th

So Tucker says to all those with birthdays this month, "Have a crazy good birthday!"

Tucker Loves His Peas

Here is a video of Tucker's first experience with a vegetable-organic sweet peas! Yum, yum! The video shows him making yucky faces at the stuff, but he ate almost the entire serving without turning his head away or refusing the spoon of the green goo. Jason and I have decided that we think Tucker is pretty much like his dad-who will eat just about anything and not like his mom-who is a picky eater.

6 Months Old!

Tucker is 6 months old today! He celebrated with his Mommy and Meggie (for those of you keeping track, Grandma Miller, formerly known as Grameggie has now been shortened to just Meggie) in Enid, OK. We went to Old Navy, Walgreens and visited our friends Andrea, Cade and Vivi. He missed his Daddy because he has been in Tucson for work the last couple of days. Jason has been working for the last 2-1/2 years and for the first 2 years he never traveled for his job. In the 6 months since Tucker has been born, he has had 3 business trips. Coincidence? Or is he just planning these trips so he can get a couple of nights of good, uninterupted sleep in a comfy hotel room? Hmmm...makes you wonder. We will be glad to see him tomorrow!

Tucker's 6 month appointment was on Monday and he did very well with his shots-cried bloody murder for about 30 seconds and was OK after that. He weighs 17lbs 10oz (50% percentile) and is 26.5" long (25-50% percentile).
